Who You Are
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working close to the business and being involved in all sides of the HR agenda. You are comfortable taking ownership, working independently and getting into the details, while also understanding the bigger picture. You build trust easily, are pragmatic in your approach and enjoy finding solutions that work in practice.
To thrive in this role, you likely:
Have 2–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and/or HR administration.
Have a degree or equivalent education in HR, People Management or a related field.
Have a good understanding of Danish employment legislation and know when to seek external advice.
Are hands-on, proactive and pragmatic, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Can balance day-to-day HR operations with longer-term improvements and initiatives.
Are confident using digital tools and HR technology, including HRIS, LMS and candidate-tracking systems. Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Have strong Microsoft 365 skills; experience with HR analytics and Excel is an advantage.
Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
